Sue Fulco, owner of Equity Title, LLC, has nearly 20 years in the title industry working for real estate attorneys and as a branch manager for a local title company before opening Equity Title, LLC in 2002.

Sue is joined by her husband Frank, the company's business and marketing manager.

The staff of Equity Title enjoys bringing smiles to the faces of our clients by serving freshly baked cookies at each closing. In addition, we have incorporated a playroom for the children of our clients, again taking the stress out, so the adults can finalize the closing and any accompanying children can have "A room of their own".

At Equity Title we do all we can to take the stress out of closing process for our clients, Realtors and lenders by using e-mail or fax to keep everyone posted of the progress of their closing. Our motto is: "Let there are no surprises at closing”. After all, we are in the “peace of mind” business.
