Sue Fulco, Manager and owner of Equity Title, LLC, has over 25 years in the title industry working for real estate attorneys and as a branch manager for a local title company before opening Equity Title, LLC. Sue started the company with her husband Frank and was then joined by her daughter Cindy in 2013, who manages the daily operations of the business, at 801 South Florida Avenue, Suite 8, Lakeland, FL. They have been issuing title insurance in Lakeland, Florida since 2002.
